eServGlobal Limited (LSE:ESG) was notified on 3 June 2010 that Wallaby Hill Pty 
Ltd, a company associated with Ian Buddery, a director of eServGlobal Limited, 
has sold 13,375,982 shares (representing approximately 6.8% of the Company's 
issued ordinary share capital) for AUD 0.52 per share to Gartmore Investment 
Limited, an existing shareholder in the Company. 
 
Gartmore Investment Limited has confirmed that it is supportive of the proposed 
sale of the Company's USP business to Oracle and that in the absence of a 
superior proposal from a third party, intends to vote its shares in favour of 
the resolution. 
 
Following this transaction, Wallaby Hill Pty Ltd retains 1,000,000 shares in 
eServGlobal, representing approximately 0.5% of the Company's issued ordinary
