Crawshaw Group Plc ("Crawshaw" or the "Company"), announces the following share purchases by Directors:

Jim McCarthy, Non-Executive Director, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 10.575p on 18 May. Following this purchase, Jim McCarthy has a beneficial interest in 290,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.26% of the Company's issued share capital.

Mark Naughton-Rumbo, Non-Executive Director, purchased 75,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 9.2454p each on 18 May. Following this purchase, Mark Naughton-Rumbo has a beneficial interest in 129,456 Ordinary Shares representing 0.11% of the Company's issued share capital.
