Oxford, UK - 6 April 2021: Circassia Group plc ("Circassia" or
"the Company") (LSE: CIR), a medical device company focused on
respiratory diagnostics and monitoring, today announces that on 1
April 2021, Ian Johnson, Executive Chairman, purchased 100,000
Ordinary Shares at a price of 28.50 pence per share, Michael
Roller, Chief Financial Officer purchased 175,000 Ordinary Shares
at a price of 28.91 pence per share and Jonathan Emms, Chief
Operating Officer, purchased 67,928 Ordinary Shares at a price of
29.42 pence per share. In addition to this, on 6 April 2021, Ian
Johnson purchased 100,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 29.25 pence
per share.
Following these purchases, Ian Johnson holds 400,000 Ordinary
Shares (0.10% of the issued share capital of the Company), Michael
Roller holds 375,000 Ordinary Shares (0.09% of the issued share
capital of the Company) and Jonathan Emms holds 667,928 Ordinary
Shares (0.16% of the issued share capital of the Company).
