CIC Gold (LSE: CICG) is pleased to announce that the Special Shareholders Meeting of the Company was duly convened and held at The Level 8 Suite 802, The St Regis Commercial Center, 21 Jianguomenwai Dajie, Beijing, China 100020 at 5:00 p.m. on Friday 19, February, 2016.

The following resolutions were duly passed as special resolutions:

1. To approve the acquisition of 80% of Gobi Mineral Group Limited.

2. To authorise the Directors to in the future increase the share capital of the Company by 325,930,000 common shares.
