1)HERMES EQUITY OWNERSHIP SERVICES LTD ("HEOS") (VOTING RIGHTS: 3.956)*
2)HERMES INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT LTD ("HIML") (VOTING RIGHTS: 0.216%)
* THIS NOTIFICATION IS ALSO BEING MADE IN RESPECT OF HEOS, WHICH IS AN INDIRECT
