Basepoint plc ("the Company") - Appointments to the Board


The Company is pleased to announce that Philip Stansfield and Nicholas Smith
have been appointed to the Board with effect from today.  Both have been with
Basepoint plc for a number of years and already hold senior management roles
within the Company. They are both Chartered Surveyors. Nick Smith will take over
the role of Operations Director with responsibility for day to day operation of
all centres owned or run by Basepoint. He will also be involved in building the
pipeline of new sites for future Managed Business, Innovation and Enterprise
Centres.  Phil Stansfield in his role as Director of Projects will continue to
oversee the design, procurement and ongoing maintenance of new centres and will
also be involved in building the pipeline of new projects.

prices ranging from #1.175 to #1.585.
