withdraw the nomination of Mr Amitabha Ghosh from our Board of Directors of the
Company.  Mr Ghosh has tendered his resignation from the Board of Directors.

the Company as he is in the process of reducing his involvement in various
Companies.


Mr Cyril S Shroff has submitted his resignation from the Board of Directors of
