Spooz Inc. (PINK SHEETS: SPZI) is pleased to announce that the Company is restructuring its business plan to promote its software and trading technology in both the U.S. and European markets. Following this transformation, Spooz, Inc. will market its revolutionary trading solutions to active and professional traders in North America through its wholly owned subsidiary Spooz Technologies, Inc., and in Europe through its wholly owned subsidiary, Spooz Europe Ltd. Spooz, Inc. will continue to operate its two U.S. subsidiaries: Spooz Technologies Inc. and Spooz Trading Technologies. Spooz Technologies Inc. has developed innovative trading software products that provide the most versatile configuration of trading screens, analysis screens and automated trading systems for the fast growth financial marketplace.
