( 1)  The stock options were granted on October 12, 2010 with an effective date of October 13, 2010, pursuant to the Companys 2003 Stock Plan, as amended. The share subject to such option grant shall vest and become exercisable on each monthly anniversary of October 13, 2010 over a two year period, assuming continued service with the Company, on each scheduled vesting date.
