Resignation of a Director

On August 3, 2011, Grand River Commerce, Inc. (the “Company”) received notice from Theodore W. Kortes of his resignation as a director of the Company, and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Grand River Bank (the “Bank”), effective immediately.  Mr. Kortes informed the Company that his decision to resign was based on unforeseen personal considerations that would require Mr. Kortes’ full attention and did not arise or result from any disagreement with the Company on any matters relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices.
