Item 8.01

Other Events.

As disclosed in the Form 8-K filed on July 30, 2021, on July 27, 2021, Alliance Bioenergy Plus, Inc., now known as Blue Biofuels, Inc. (the “Company”) filed a Certificate of Amendment to its Articles of Incorporation with the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada, pursuant to which the Company changed its name from Alliance Bioenergy Plus, Inc. to Blue Biofuels, Inc.

On August 26, 2021, the Company received approval from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) for the name change and symbol change, and they became effective on August 27, 2021.

As the result, the new symbol for the Company’s common stock is BIOF, and the new CUSIP number for the common stock is 09530Q102.
