Ms. Berry stated today, "I am pleased to announce the following updates to our valued shareholders & Investors:

1) Prior to the expiration of the Company's 90-day mandatory probationary review for all employees, Dr. Brian Goodall tendered his resignation effective as of June 21st, 2010 as BioCentric Energy's Chief Executive Officer. In the interim, Founder and Chairman of the Board, Dennis Fisher will resume the responsibility as CEO while the Company seeks a qualified candidate to fill this position. 

2) Today, Dennis Fisher, Pat Kuykendall, Brendon Paxton and several others will be on site and working in Death Valley Junction. The team will deploy the liners and components of the CAB (controlled algae basin) that will house the PBR system. The installation of the 4 liners (encompassing 1 acre) is expected to be completed by Wednesday, June 23rd.

3) For the past several months, BioCentric Energy has been growing a multitude of algae strains in the Company's Santa Ana laboratory. While some algae strains are grown for their Omega- 3 (EPA), others are being grown for their health and beauty properties. Because several strains are thriving so well in the laboratory, BioCentric Energy decided to construct a scaled-down gravity fed PBR system (located next to the commercial demo system in Santa Ana, CA) to quickly test the growth rate of several strains in an outdoor closed-loop PBR system."
