Inc. (NYSE: FG) today announced that its Board of Directors has
declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.21 per common share. Dividends on the common
stock are payable on March 29, 2024,
to stockholders of record as of March
15, 2024.
The Board of Directors has also declared a quarterly cash
dividend of $0.8976 per share on the
company's 6.875% Series A Mandatory Convertible Preferred Stock for
the period from January 12, 2024 to
and excluding April 15, 2024, to be
paid on April 15, 2024, to Series A
record holders as of April 1,
2024.
