Comerica's strong customer base in North Texas, our long and
successful history in this state, and the vibrancy and strength of
the Tarrant County economy, we believe expanding our presence here
is the best way to serve our customers," said Ralph Babb, chairman
and chief executive officer, Comerica Incorporated and Comerica
Bank. The banking center will be located on the first floor of
Sundance Square's newest Class A office building, The Carnegie, at
421 West 3rd St. With more than 12,000 square feet of space on the
building's 6th floor, the new offices will serve as Comerica's

5925 Overton Ridge Blvd, and one at 4351 Western Center Blvd.
Comerica already operates two banking centers in Arlington and one
in Bedford. "Over the years, we have developed strong customer
relationships in Fort Worth, so this move is a natural next step as
we continue to strengthen these relationships and offer a broader
range of products and services," said Charles "Chuck" Gummer,
president, Comerica Bank-Texas Market. "Fort Worth is consistently
ranked among the top places to work, live and do business. Comerica
is proud to play a role in its continued development." "Fort Worth
has a strong banking community to support the growing needs of the
17th largest city in the nation. We are proud and delighted to
welcome Comerica to Fort Worth's Sundance Square and congratulate
the bank on their new Tarrant County headquarters," said Fort Worth
Mayor Mike Moncrief. "When completed this fall, The Carnegie will
be one of the premier business addresses in downtown Fort Worth,"
said Johnny Campbell, president and CEO of Sundance Square.
"Comerica's decision to locate a retail banking center on the first
floor as well as office space on the sixth floor will well position
the company in the Tarrant County market. We look forward to having
the company in Sundance Square." Comerica Bank is a subsidiary of
