Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure
On
January 27, 2021, American Resources Corporation (or the
“Company”) issued a press release announcing
that it has secured two new credit
facilities that can be drawn against and are backed by inventories
and accounts receivables to provide the Company added
flexibility.
