The Board of Directors of Zeehan Zinc wish to announce the resignation of Ralph
Rossouw from the Board, effective immediately.

The Company's Managing Director, Mr Xiaojian Ren, will assume Mr Rossouw's
duties as interim CEO with immediate effect.
