Naked Wines announces James Crawford
has stepped down from the Board and ceased to be a Director of the
Group having not sought re-election at the Annual General Meeting
held earlier today.
This change is in line with the CFO
succession plan announced on 9 July 2024. James continues to
make himself available to the Group to undertake handover
activities with incoming CFO Dominic Neary, who is joining the
Group and the Board on 11 November 2024.
