Notification of Major Interests in Shares



Notification under Section 198 of the Companies Act



The company received notification on 23 November 2006 that, as a result of a
placing to Allianz Cornhill Insurance plc of 1,222,222 ordinary shares in the
relevant share capital of the Company, Allianz SE and its subsidiaries, together
with Allianz Cornhill Insurance plc are interested in 1,388,889 ordinary shares
in Wren Homes Group plc. This holding represents approximately 3.0% of the
Company's issued share capital.
