holding(s) of ETP Securities referred to below, you should
immediately forward this notice to the purchaser or transferee or

Notice to ETP Securityholders of the following Series of the ETP
Securities:
Leverage Shares 2x Tesla ETP Securities; ISIN IE00BK5BZY66
Leverage Shares -1x Tesla ETP Securities; ISIN IE00BKT6ZH01
(the "Relevant Series")
Capitalised terms used, but not defined, in this notice shall
have the meaning given thereto in the Base Prospectus in relation
to the Leverage Shares plc collateralised exchange traded
securities programme dated 7 December 2021.
Notice is hereby given by Leverage Shares plc to the holders of
the Relevant Series that with effect from 25 March 2022, the
Relevant Series will be delisted from CBOE Europe Limited. The
Relevant Series will continue to trade on the London Stock
Exchange, Euronext Amsterdam and Euronext Paris.
