Sharesave option grant to
Executive Director
Thruvision Group plc (AIM: THRU),
("Thruvision")
the leading provider of walk-through security
technology, announces a grant of share options
under the Thruvision Sharesave Scheme (the "Scheme").
The Remuneration Committee of the
Group have granted, under the rules of the Scheme, an option over
194,595 Ordinary 1p shares with an exercise price of 7.4 pence per
share to Victoria Balchin.
The exercise price, set on 21
November 2024, is calculated on the basis of 80% of the closing
middle market price of Thruvision shares on 21 November 2024. The
option may be exercised between 1 March 2028 and 31 August 2028,
assuming the conditions of the Scheme are met.
