    Board Change

    The board of Southampton Leisure Holdings plc, the owner of Southampton Football Club Limited ("SFC"), announces that today Lee Hoos has
resigned with immediate effect as the Chief Executive of the Company and SFC.

    The board of the Company wishes to thank Mr Hoos for his help and assistance over the past two years.  

    Mr Hoos said "I am very grateful for having had the opportunity to serve the Company and Southampton Football Club.  SFC is a great club
and I can now only hope that everyone - fans, shareholders and employees - can put past differences behind them to unite and take this club
forward again."
