      Perthshire Leisure plc (to be renamed ARC Risk Management Group plc)

                              Holdings in Company

The acquisition by Perthshire Leisure plc (the "Company") of ARC Risk Management
Ltd ("ARC") was completed today following the re-admission of the Company to
trading on AIM this morning.

ARC provides security risk management and training to high net worth individuals
and companies, including major international companies and non-government
organisations. It operates from headquarters in Oxfordshire and from a Crisis
Response and Management Centre in Cape Town, where it has a team of intelligence
analysts and consultants who provide, support and maintain an online information
database 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. It specialises in managing security
risk to both individuals and corporations and is part of an industry which
assesses, plans, trains and responds to such risks.

Commenting, chairman Simon Richards said: ""I believe that the acquisition of
ARC Risk Management is a great opportunity for the shareholders of Perthshire.
With excellent strategic partnerships already in place with a global financial
institution and a number of major insurance underwriters, ARC is well placed to
take advantage of the anticipated growth in the security risk management
market."

Following the acquisition and the Offer for Subscription, the shareholdings of
the Directors in the Company are as follows:
