The Company announces that on 20 August the following directors dealing took
place:-

Kevin Boyd, Group Finance Director, purchased 5,249 shares on the open market
at 239.8p per share. This is his total holding in the Company and represents
0.01% of the Company's issued share capital.

In addition to the above, as previously notified, Mr Boyd holds options over
91,667 shares in the Company.
