On 28 February 2012, Weiss Asset Management LP notified JSM Indochina Limited (the "Company") that, as investment manager for Brookdale International Partners, L.P. and Brookdale Global Opportunity Fund, it has increased its shareholding in the Company to 30,859,842 shares, representing 13.44% of the total number of outstanding shares in the Company.

Weiss Asset Management LP's holding in the Company is held through:

   Brookdale International Partners, L.P:      21,601,890 (9.41%) 
   Brookdale Global Opportunity Fund:        9,257,952 (4.03%)
