Annual General Meeting

The annual general meeting of the Company will be held at the offices of Marriott Harrison LLP, 11 Staple Court, London WC1V 7QH at 11:00am on Friday 21(st) August 2015.

In addition to the resolutions proposed as set out on page 39 in the Company's Annual Report & Accounts, the board of directors intends to submit to shareholders a proposal for the Company to be generally authorised to purchase up to 400,000 of its own equity shares, in accordance with Listing Rule 12.4.4.
