Invest Resources PLC Audit of Annual Accounts undergoing further review.

Invest Resources PLC (GXG: INRE: G4) wishes to inform the market on the
progress of its 2013 Annual Financial Report.

Further to the market update on the 10th of April 2014, the Company is still
currently in the process of finalising the 2013 Annual Financial Report with
its auditor, Affinity Associates.

The final report is currently undergoing further information clarification in
regards to the company profile and the Company eagerly expects to lodge its
Annual Financial Report with Companies House and the market on or before the
end of May 2014.
