Issue of Equity

Further to the Company's announcement of 1 July 2013 relating to the result of general meeting and equity placing, Intandem Films plc, the London based international film group, announces that application has now been made to the London Stock Exchange for 162,200,000 new ordinary shares ("Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is now expected that Admission will become effective and dealings in the Shares will commence at 8:00 a.m. on 9 July 2013.

GBP20,000 of the placing proceeds remains outstanding from a placee relating to a direct subscription with the Company. Accordingly, application is expected to be made to the London Stock Exchange for the further 4,000,000 Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM in due course and the Company expects to make a further announcement in due course with an expected date for admission and dealings in these Shares.

The number of ordinary shares in the Company in issue following the issue of the 162,200,000 Shares will be 308,915,000. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
