Result of General Meeting

On 12 June 2013, Intandem Films plc, the London based international film group, announced that it had conditionally raised GBP831,000 through the placing of 166,200,000 new ordinary shares ("Placing Shares"). The equity placing was conditional upon shareholder approval. The Company is pleased to announce that at the general meeting of its shareholders held today all resolutions were passed.

As announced on 12 June 2013, any future funding will be dependent on the commercial progress the Company can report during 2013, and this continues to be the case.

The placing remains conditional on admission. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the Placing Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is now expected that admission will become effective and dealings in the Placing Shares will commence at 8:00 a.m. on 8 July 2013.

The number of ordinary shares in the Company in issue following the placing will be 312,915,000. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
