Exercise of Options

FFastFill Plc ("FFastFill" or the "Company") announces today that application has been made for the admission of 225,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each ("New Ordinary Shares") to trading on AIM pursuant to the exercise of share options at an exercise price of 4.875 pence.

It is expected that dealings in these New Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of the Company, will commence on 21 August 2012. Following the issue of the New Ordinary Shares, the issued share capital of the Company will comprise 487,471,299 ordinary shares.
