Share Investment Plans and Directors' Dealings

FFastFill plc (LSE: FFA), the leading provider of Software as a Service ("SaaS") to the global derivatives community, announces today that application has been made for the admission to trading on AIM of 1,056,480 new ordinary shares of 1p each ("New Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the issue on 6 August 2012 of 1,056,480 New Ordinary Shares to the FFastFill Plc UK Share Investment Plan Trust under the rules of the FFastFill plc UK Share Incentive Plan ("the UK SIP").

It is expected that dealings in these New Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of the Company, will commence on 10 August 2012.

Following the issue of the New Ordinary Shares, the issued share capital will comprise 484,688,126 ordinary shares.

Under the rules of UK SIP, subscribing employees were granted a conditional award of 22,010 shares each at nil cost (the "Free Share Award"). The Free Share Award shall vest three years from the date of grant subject to continuous employment.

In accordance with the rules of the UK SIP the directors, who are named below, were granted the following Free Share Awards on 6 August 2012:
