Press Release


Dimension Resources Limited announces that it has today placed 60,000,000
ordinary shares of 0.1p each at 0.5p per share, to raise #300,000 before
expenses. The proceeds of the issue will be used for working capital.
Application has been made for the shares to be traded on AIM and admission is
expected on 29 August 2003.



With effect from today Mr Geoffrey Hoodless has joined the board of Dimension as
a non executive director. Information regarding Mr Hoodless is attached to this
release.



As part of the placing referred to above, Brian Moritz, the chairman of
Dimension, has subscribed for 3,000,000 shares.  Geoffrey Hoodless subscribed
for 20,000,000 shares under the placing.  He had no previous interests in the
company's shares.  Following the placing the following 3% shareholdings fall to
be disclosed.

Geoffrey Hoodless is holding 10,000,000 of his shares in his own name and
10,000,000 are held by Savanna Business Limited, of which Geoffrey Hoodless is
the beneficial owner.



Commenting on the placing, Brian Moritz said:



"Dimension has been held back by lack of cash from achieving its objectives.
This placing will enable the production equipment to be upgraded to assist in
meeting demand for the Group's stone.



I welcome Geoff Hoodless to the board. His input in the field of acquisitions
and funding will be particularly valuable"
