Total Voting Rights

In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 the
Board of Cross Shore Acquisition Corporation (the "Company") notifies the market
of the following:

As at the date of this announcement, the Company's issued share capital consists
of 23,333,335 shares of common stock with a par value of $US0.0001 each, with
voting rights ("Shares"). The Company does not hold any Shares in Treasury.

Therefore the total number of Shares in the Company with voting rights is
23,33,335.

The above figure of 23,33,335 Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company
as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the
share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules
or other applicable rules.
