Board change 
ClearSpeed Technology plc ("ClearSpeed" or "the Group", AIM: CSD), announces 
that Tom Beese, the Chief Executive, has resigned with immediate effect. The 
Group thanks Tom for his contribution and wishes him well for the future. 
 
 
On 29 January 2009 the Group announced that the Board intended to significantly 
reduce the cost base further following disappointing results in 2008 and that 
the Directors believe that it is no longer appropriate for ClearSpeed to remain 
as a quoted company.
