    (the 'Company')

    Changes in interest of Directors and Significant Shareholders 
    The Board of Directors of the Company would like to make the following notification in respect of the recent changes in shareholding of
certain Directors and Significant Shareholders (as defined under Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies).
    On 19 September 2008, the Company was informed that Ms Mui Kwan Chan (Deputy Executive Chairman and Significant Shareholder of the
Company) reduced her interest in the Company on 18 September 2008 from 37.2% to 29.99% of the entire issued share capital of the Company
through the sale of 33,675,860 ordinary shares at 43.5 pence per share to Winsdom Vision Limited, a company that is wholly owned by Ms
Zhuansong Ye (also a Significant Shareholder).
    Ms. Chan's interest in the Company is registered in the name of Superpass Investments Limited, a BVI Company, which now holds
140,078,585 ordinary shares in the Company.  
    As a result of the transfer of shares, Winsdom Vision Limited now owns 60,823,663 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 13.02% of
the entire issued share capital of the Company.
