The Company announces that the change of name, from Citel plc to DietBrown plc,
has been processed at Companies House and the Company's name is now DietBrown
plc.

The name change was approved by shareholders at the EGM held on 30 May 2008.

The London Stock Exchange TIDM code for the Company remains unchanged.
