Extraordinary information

on capital increase and issue of new shares

Hungarian Export-Import Bank Private Limited Company (registered office: H-1065 Budapest, Nagymező u. 46-48., company registration number: Cg.01-10-042594, registered by the Commercial Court of the Metropolitan Court of Budapest, hereinafter referred to as "the Issuer") informs the capital market actors that the holder of the ownership rights over the Issuer has ordered by its resolution to increase the Issuer's share capital by HUF 15,000,000,000 through monetary contribution.

As a result of the capital increase, the Issuer's share capital has increased to HUF 355,000,000,000. In the course of the share capital increase, 3,000 new dematerialised ordinary shares with a nominal value of HUF 5,000,000 each, registered in the name of the Hungarian State, non-transferable and granting the same rights as the ordinary shares of the Issuer, will be issued.

The capital increase was effected by the Minister of National Economy, who exercises all the ownership rights and obligations of the Hungarian State over the Issuer, by making available a monetary contribution of HUF 15,000,000,000 to the account of the Issuer.
