Further to the announcement released by the Company on 29 April
2021, the Board of Anemoi is pleased to announce that its final
audited results for the period 6 May 2020 to 31 December 2020,
Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy have been
published and are now available on the Company's website at
