The Company is pleased to announce the appointment to the Board of Simon Nicholas Pook, age 40, as Chief Operating Officer with effect from 13 December 2011.

Simon was previously at HomeServe plc, where he held the position of Claims Director. In this role he led an improvement programme to deliver an externally accredited 'world class' level of service at significantly reduced cost to serve. Prior to that he was International Business Development Director of HomeServe plc and Managing Director Europe of Game Stores Group. Simon is currently a director of Stormsolar Limited.
