Vinci SA on Thursday reported higher net profit and revenue for 2022 as its businesses saw significant growth for the year.

The French construction and infrastructure company said net profit rose to 4.26 billion euros ($4.56 billion), compared with EUR2.60 billion in the prior year, on revenue that rose 25% to EUR61.68 billion.

For the first time in the company's history, international revenue exceeded that generated in its home market of France, it said.

Vinci will propose a dividend for 2022 of EUR4.0 a share.

The company said it is entering 2023 with confidence, but warned that revenue and operating income growth this year ought to be more limited compared with 2022 and that 2023 net income should be slightly higher.
