OKLAHOMA CITY, June 30, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- New Source Energy
Partners L.P., a Delaware limited
partnership (NYSE: NSLP) (the "Partnership" or "New Source"), today
announced that Charles Lee Reynolds
III has retired from his position as a director on the Board
of Directors of New Source Energy Partners GP, LLC, New Source's
general partner, effective immediately. Additionally, the
Partnership announced that Richard D.
Finley has been appointed to the Board of its general
partner, effective immediately. Mr. Finley will step down
from his role as Chief Financial Officer of the Partnership's
general partner concurrent with his appointment to the Board.

joining the Board in 2014," said Kristian

appreciate Lee's contributions to the Partnership and we wish him

Concurrent with the announcement of Mr. Reynolds' retirement
from the Board of Directors, the Partnership announced the
appointment of Mr. Richard D. Finley
to the Board.

The Partnership does not presently intend to name a replacement
for Mr. Finley.
