Los Angeles, CA - September 10, 2014 - InvestorsHub NewsWire - Interact-TV Incorporated (OTC: ITVI) announces today that Interact-TV and Executive Music Group, LLC (EMG) have signed an Acquisition Term Sheet for Interact-TV's proposed acquisition of musician and artist representation firm Executive Music Group, LLC.
 
With an extensive track record and a roster of clients that includes recording artists Alien Ant Farm and American Idol contestant Chris Medina (“What Are Words?”), EMG promotes the albums, songs, music videos, books, live performances and other creative output of its artist clients. Its services for many clients also include career management as it relates to all branches of the entertainment industry.

Initial terms of the deal are for the acquisition of EMG by Interact in an all-preferred stock transaction.
