            The Telecommunications Group signs Dutch contract worth
                    over #1.5 million of annualised revenues


The Telecommunications Group Plc ("TTG plc"), the AIM quoted provider of fixed
and mobile, voice and internet telecommunications solutions, today announces
that its wholly owned subsidiary TTG Netherlands, has signed an agreement with
Dutch based MTC Telecom to provide phone numbers, modem banks and IP
connectivity via their Amsterdam based switch.



The total average monthly usage is expected to be approximately 300,000 minutes
with anticipated annualised revenues between #1.4m - #1.8m. Both TTG Netherlands
and MTC Telecom expect the monthly usage to grow to #350,000 per month (700,000
minutes) within the first year.
