KIRKLAND LAKE, ON, Dec. 31 /CNW/ -- KIRKLAND LAKE, ON, Dec. 31 /CNW/ - RJK Explorations Ltd. (TSX Venture: RJX.A) ("RJK" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Company has entered into a consulting agreement with Douglas McKay & Associates ("DMA"), pursuant to which DMA will provide investor relations services to the Company. Pursuant to the agreement, DMA will provide such services to RJK for a period of six months, which is renewable, subject to earlier termination by either party on 30 days advance written notice, at a fee of $5,000 per month. In addition, RJK has agreed, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval and the terms of RJK's stock option plan (the "Option Plan"), to grant 500,000 stock options to DMA, each such stock option entitling the holder thereof to acquire one Class A subordinate voting share of the Company at an exercise price of $0.10 to vest according to TSX-V policy. DMA is based in Vancouver, British Columbia and currently provides investor relations services to other public and non-public companies. DMA and RJK are at arm's length to one another.
