A correction from source is being issued with respect to the release issued
April 06, 2011 at 4:30 pm ET. The "ex dividend date" has been amended to "April
11, 2011." 


McChip Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:MCS) is pleased to announce the declaration
of a regular dividend in the amount of $0.10 per common share, payable on April
20, 2011 to shareholders of record on April 13, 2011, the ex dividend date will
be April 11, 2011.


It is the current intention of the company to continue to pay dividends, the
amounts and the payment dates, to be determined after a review of cash available
from oil and gas operations, the commencement of royalty payments from Potash
Corporation of Saskatchewan Inc. and investment income.
