(“iSIGN” or “Company”) (TSX-V: ISD) (OTC: ISDSF), a leading provider of interactive mobile proximity marketing and public security alert solutions is pleased to announce that it has entered into an Agreement with SpeedTrack, Inc. (“SpeedTrack”), a company located in Irvine, California for the use of the Company’s Security Alert Messaging (“SAM”) technology for a preliminary period of 90 days with the option to extend and substantially expand the implementation of the SAM system as well as exploring location-based messaging with the iSIGN Smart Antenna.

SpeedTrack (www.speedtrack.com) is a software company, specializing in data analytics and predictive modeling solutions. SpeedTrack operates primarily within the fields of healthcare, law enforcement, and automotive industries in both the United States and Canada. The company’s primary interest in SAM at this time is SAM’s ability to allow companies to communicate directly, quickly and securely with staff, clients and customers. 

SpeedTrack is a substantial, growing player in the data analytics space. Its patented solutions are used by some of the largest hospital and health organizations in California.
