Frontline Gold Extends Private Placement

Frontline Gold Corporation (TSX VENTURE:FGC) ("Frontline" or the "Company")
announces that subject to regulatory approval, the Company is extending the
private placement (the "Offering") announced on February 22, 2013 (placement of
up to 25,000,000 units for gross proceeds of up to $500,000). The terms of the
Offering will remain the same as previously announced (see press release date
February 22, 2013). 


The Company expects the Offering to close on or before May 31, 2013.
