CAPVEST Income Corp. (TSX VENTURE:CSV) Announces Results of Special Meeting

CAPVEST Income Corp. (TSX VENTURE:CSV) (the "Company") announces that at a
special meeting held on February 10, 2009, the shareholders of the Company
approved the dissolution of the Company and the de-listing of the Company's
common shares from the TSX Venture Exchange. Following the satisfaction of any
and all liabilities and obligations owed to the creditors of the Company, the
Company will ratably distribute the remaining assets to the Company's
shareholders. The Company currently intends to complete the dissolution and
de-listing of its common shares by the end of February 2009.
