Honestly I could see near a penny. Hitting a dime would require so special efforts and reduction of shares by a significant amount. Unless they drop some major additional revenue from somewhere else. Maybe.

When I was actively trading OTC my first thing was to watch news on OTC Markets and pick my trades out of that to do DD and decide to buy or sell.

What a time to find out if you're a believer in this stock/company. Literally nothing that I see has changed other than delinquent financial report which has happened to more companies this year compared to usual due to auditor changes.

What brokerage do you use for penny stocks? Do they charge commission on penny stocks and even trip zero stocks? Fidelity does not which I really like but starting today they limit buy order volume so no block buys.

Why is it always dilution ???? Could it be 30 different retail traders exiting a position for whatever reasons ?? People do sell stocks when they need money for whatever reasons. If I don’t like a stock that I am in I simply push the sell button.. there is always a easy solution
