The Bank has made
the below announcement to the Indian stock exchanges:
With
reference to the captioned subject, please note that on December 29, 2023:
| 1. | At 1.34 p.m.,
the Bank has received an Order from Telangana Goods and Services Tax (GST) Department levying
a penalty of ₹ 13,55,750/-. The Bank will be filing an appeal against the said Order. |
| 2. | At 4:40 p.m.,
the Bank has received an Order from Rajasthan GST Department raising a GST demand of ₹
2,11,992/-; levying a penalty of ₹ 30,000/- and an interest of ₹ 1,86,361/-.
The Bank will be filing an appeal against the said Order. |
The details as required
under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular dated July
13, 2023 are enclosed herewith as Annexure A and B respectively.
