Termination of Christos Kaskavelis as Chief Strategy Officer

On October 29, 2024, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Advent Technologies Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) approved the termination of the employment of Christos Kaskavelis, Chief Strategy Officer of the Company, for cause, effective immediately.
